ROME, N.Y. – Rome police are investigating a stabbing that happened early Saturday morning in west Rome.
Police were called to 423 W. Dominick St. just before 6 a.m., where they found 23-year-old Christopher M. Adams suffering from a stab wound to the chest.
Adams was taken to the hospital to be treated for injuries that were not life-threatening.
Adams is facing weapons charges, and was out on bond at the time of the incident. According to police, he is not cooperating with the investigation.
No arrests have been made at this time.
