Police announce reward for Utica murder info

The Utica Police Department is asking for the public’s help with information on a murder which took place last month.

UTICA – The Utica Police Department is asking for the public’s help with information on a murder which took place last month.

Police say a reward of up to $1,500 has been offered by Mohawk Valley Crime Stoppers for information leading to an arrest for the shooting death of 33-year-old Todd Rodgers of Utica. Rodgers was shot on Miller Street on the night of November 22, but was found in his vehicle on James Street and died a short time later.

Police say anyone with information can submit an anonymous tip online through Mohawk Valley Crime Stoppers at www.mohawkvalleycrimestoppers.com, by calling 1-866-730-8477 (TIPS), or by using the P3 Tips mobile app.
