State Police have arrested a second suspect in connection with the shooting death of Tyler McBain of Oneida Castle.
Romero M. Collier, 23 of Syracuse, was charged with second-degree murder. He was transported to Oneida County jail for centralized arraignment.
Collier is accused of acting in concert with Travon D. Golden, 22 of Canandaigua, while robbing McBain inside his residence at 91 Seneca Ave. in Oneida Castle on Aug. 4.
Golden was charged with second-degree murder Aug. 5.
During the course of the robbery, police say McBain, 21, was shot once in the upper torso.
