Congressman Anthony Brindisi will again be gathering homemade cards to hand out to veterans on Valentine’s Day.
Brindisi, who is a member of the House Veterans’ Affairs Committee, holds the Valentines for Veterans program annually.
“Our veterans gave everything to protect our country, and we owe them our utmost respect and gratitude,” said Brindisi. “Honoring them this Valentine’s Day is just one small way for us to say thank you and let them know we will always remember their sacrifices.”
Cards can be delivered to or mailed to Brindisi’s offices through Wednesday, Feb. 12. His offices are located at:
