ROME, N.Y. -- The Rome woman who was acquitted of accidentally causing her infant's death has pleaded guilty to a separate case of child endangerment.
Brooke Renzi pleaded guilty to three counts of endangering the welfare of a child after police say she left her three children in a van, with the windows down, outside a Domino’s for a period of time in June of 2018. Two months later, her youngest child was found dead in her home.
She was found not guilty of her daughter’s death on Nov. 1 in Oneida County Court.
Renzi will be sentenced on Feb. 24.
