ALBANY, N.Y. – The Mohawk Valley is approaching Phase 3 of reopening, which is tentatively set to begin Friday, June 12.
In Phase 3, food services and personal care services can reopen, including restaurants, spas, nail salons, massage therapy, tanning and tattoo parlors.
Restaurants will be allowed to open indoor areas with safety measures in place, like moving tables six feet apart, requiring staff to wear masks and using disposable items whenever possible.
Below are the detailed guidelines released by the state for food services and personal services.
Phase 3 will not begin until the state officially gives the region the green light to move forward based on qualifying criteria.
