A man from Richfield Springs has been charged with rape following an incident that allegedly happened in early March.
RICHFIELD SPRINGS, N.Y. – A man from Richfield Springs has been charged with rape following an incident that allegedly happened in early March.
Joseph A. O’Brien, 33, is accused of forcibly raping a female acquaintance on March 2 in the town of Salisbury.
New York State Police arrested O’Brien on April 15, and charged him with first-degree rape, a B felony.
He was arraigned through Skype and is remanded to the Herkimer County jail on $10,000 bail or bond.
