ROME, N.Y. -- Traffic was slowed for a short time Tuesday morning heading westbound on Route 49.
The car struck the center median guide rail and flipped over.

NewsChannel 2 camera crews arrived as the car was being taken away from the scene.
This all happened outside Rome before 10 a.m.
