ROME, N.Y. -- Patrol officers with the Rome Police Department responded to the 400 block of West Dominick Street for an apparent stabbing incident. The initial call came in just after 9:30 p.m. Sunday night as a menacing complaint.
When authorities arrived, they found a man suffering from stab wounds that appear to be non-life threatening. The victim was taken to a local hospital, where he was last listed in stable condition.
No arrests have been made. This is an active case and still remains under investigation.
