ROME, N.Y. – The Rite Aid at 1727 Black River Boulevard in Rome is the latest of many stores that plan to close since Walgreens took over ownership in 2018.
The Rome store is set to close on Monday, Feb. 10.
People who use this Rite Aid to fill prescriptions will have prescription records transferred to the Walgreens on Black River Boulevard after the store closes.
Walgreens plans to convert the stores that do not close to the Walgreens brand.
