ROME, N.Y. – A Rome man accused of sexually assaulting a 12-year-old girl in June, has been charged with first-degree rape.
According to Oneida County Sheriff’s Office, 33-year-old Tarkeem Jones, was arrested in Utica on Aug. 12. He was arraigned and remanded to the Oneida County jail without bail.
