Rome, N.Y. -- A Rome man is facing charges for stealing a motor vehicle last month. According to Oneida County Sheriff Robert Maciol, 25 year-old Chad Squadrito was arrested for Grand Larceny in the Third Degree and Criminal Possession of Stolen Property in the Third Degree, both D Felonies.
Sheriff's say Squadrito was identified during an investigation after the Oneida County Sheriff’s Office Road Patrol Division responded to a car dealership located on Rome Taberg Road in the City of Rome for reports of a stolen vehicle on November 11th.
During the investigation, the stolen vehicle was located and a suspect was identified. Quadrito was arrested on Tuesday and transported to the Sheriff’s Office where he was processed and held at the Oneida County Jail pending an arraignment at the Centralized Arraignment Court.
