ROME, N.Y. -- A Rome woman was arrested following an incident in family court earlier Friday.
A 18-year-old Isabell Cucum is charged with disorderly conduct and resisting arrest.
Cucum was allegedly loud, threatening, and profane in the children's day care area of the courthouse.
Police say a deputy had to take her to the ground and handcuff her because she tried to hip toss him.
During the takedown Cucum hit the floor, and her face and lips started to bleed.
She was taken to Rome Memorial Hospital and treated for minor injuries.
