CANASTOTA, N.Y. – Authorities are continuing the search for 19-year-old Elizabeth Garrow-McDonald, who was reported missing in Canastota Wednesday.
The teen was last seen at the Dunkin’ on Peterboro Street in Canastota, around 11:30 a.m.
According to Madison County officials, the missing young woman’s husband, George McDonald, was arrested in an unrelated case, and was booked around 1:27 a.m. Friday morning.
Garrow-McDonald is described as a Black woman, approximately 5-feet, 10-inches tall, with brown eyes and brown hair.
There are several active search locations in Madison County, and the investigation is ongoing.
Authorities are still asking anyone with information about Garrow-McDonald’s disappearance to call the sheriff’s office at 315-366-2311.
