UTICA, N.Y. – The second suspect in the murder of 20-year-old Quaheim Holland pleaded guilty to two charges in Oneida County Court Monday.
Isaiah A. Moore, 21, pleaded guilty to criminal sale of a firearm and concealment of a human corpse.
Moore and Jalil Pacheco were both indicted for second-degree murder after Holland was found dead in a car with a gunshot wound to the head in January of 2020.
Pacheco took a deal, pleading guilty to first-degree manslaughter in August. On Oct. 15, he was sentenced to 15 years in prison.
Moore is scheduled to be sentenced in December to seven years in state prison and three years of post-release supervision.
