FLOYD, N.Y. -- A 78-year-old from Rome suffered only minor injuries in what appeared to be a serious crash on Route 49.

It happened in the town of Floyd around 11 Friday morning, where Frank Tallarino’s car rolled over onto its roof in the median.

The Oneida County Sheriff's Office says Tallarino rear-ended a dump truck and lost control.

He was taken to the hospital with back pain.

The driver of the dump truck was not hurt.
