FRANKFORT, N.Y. -- The snow caused slick driving conditions in parts of the area Monday morning.

Higby Road near Tractor Supply in Frankfort was closed off for more than an hour while crews cleaned up a one-car crash.

The car landed on its side and the driver was able to get out uninjured.

Road conditions were still dicey Monday afternoon in some spots -- authorities urge people to take time when driving.
