More than a year after collapsing under the weight of snow from Superstorm Stella, Utica College is preparing to officially reopen the Hutton Sports & Recreation Center.
While students and athletes are allowed to use the new and improved facility, officials are still adding some finishing touches inside.
The new dome features a larger weight room, improved LED lights and a venting system to help melt the snow and ice.
