Due to the coronavirus pandemic, the Otsego County Board of Elections has changed some polling locations for the June 23 primaries.
The following locations have changed:
- The town of Middlefield polling placed will be located at Middlefield Town Hall, 3717 County Highway 35.
- The town of Worcester location has been moved to the Worcester Central School Bus Garage, 831 Hollenbeck Road.
- Oneonta Town Hall, 3966 State Highway 23, will be the only polling location for Oneonta voters.
Polls will be open from 6 a.m. to 9 p.m. Voters are asked to wear masks and practice social distancing.
Early voting will begin on June 13, at the offices of the Otsego County Board of Elections, 140 County Highway 33W in Cooperstown.
Early voting will continue on the following schedule:
- Saturday, June 13: 9 a.m. – 2 p.m.
- Sunday, June 14: 9 a.m. – 2 p.m.
- Monday, June 15: 9 a.m. – 5 p.m.
- Tuesday, June 16: Noon – 8 p.m.
- Wednesday, June 17: 9 a.m. – 5 p.m.
- Thursday, June 18: Noon – 8 p.m.
- Friday June, 19: 9 a.m. – 5 p.m.
- Saturday, June 20: 9 a.m. – 2 p.m.
- Sunday, June 21: 9 a.m. – 2 p.m.
Mail-in applications for absentee ballots must be sent by June 16.
