ROME, N.Y. -- State police need your help identifying a man they say stole a DeWalt hammer drill from the Runnings store in Rome
They say on May 5, a surveillance video was captured of a man putting the drill worth almost $160 down his pants, then walking out of the store without paying.
He was last seen leaving the store on foot toward the city of Rome wearing a black hoodie with yellow shirt, and blue jeans. He is described as a white man in his mid-30s.
