ONEIDA COUNTY- Residents talked to NEWSChannel 2 about how Monday nights storm knocked out the power during a humid time.

A tree fell across the road on Southside Road in Frankfort, causing several power outages in that area. National Grid was working to restore the power.

Over in Kirkland on Bristol Road, the storm knocked down some powerlines and again, several people were without power.

Many residents said, having no air conditioning was tough in the heat. They were also worried about how some of their other appliances would function.
