UTICA, N.Y. – Starting this week, the Utica Zoo will stay open late on Fridays for Sunset Sips, events that will give people a chance to explore the zoo after hours.
The zoo will stay open until 8 p.m. each Friday through Aug. 28. Visitors will be able to go check out the zoo animals and exhibits during Sunset Sips.
Dinner from Polly’s by O’Connors will be available to buy during the event, as well as wine and beer. There will also be live music on certain Fridays.
Admission is $8 for adults, $5 for kids ages 3 to 12, and $6.75 for seniors and students with ID.
