UTICA, N.Y. -- A suspect has been charged with murder and attempted murder after allegedly shooting four men on Noyes Street the night of Sept. 11.
Police were called to the scene near the intersection with Sunset Avenue around 8:30 p.m. to find four male shooting victims in various conditions.
One of the victims, 23-year-old Donte L. Harris, was shot in the head during the incident and died on Sept. 15.
On Wednesday. Oct. 15, a grand jury indicted 38-year-old Phillip Williams and charged him with second-degree murder, three counts of second-degree attempted murder and criminal possession of a weapon.
