UTICA, N.Y. – The man accused of killing Utica teen, Bianca Devins, is scheduled to appear in court later this month after in-person proceedings resume in Oneida County.
In February, 22-year-old Brandon Clark pleaded guilty to murder, after allegedly killing 17-year-old Bianca Devins on Boilermaker Sunday last year, and posting photos of the crime on social media.
Clark is scheduled for a court appearance before Judge Michael Dwyer on July 28, where he will decide whether to get a new attorney. A sentencing date will also be set.
Clark faces 25 years to life in prison on the second-degree murder charge.
