The Syracuse girl who was kidnapped 15 years ago appeared on the Doctor Phil show Tuesday.
Brittany Fish, who was a 5-year-old at the time, was abducted from a Syracuse street in 2004.

She was riding her scooter, and says a man pulled over and offered her a butterfly catcher. He then got out of his car, put his arms around her mouth and threw her in the back seat.
She describes what happened immediately after.
“A sexual assault happened, I didn't really know what was happening, I was 5 – I didn’t know what was happening or why he was doing it, but I do know he took my shirt off, and performed very inappropriate things on a 5-year-old,” Fish said.
She was then taken to a vacant building. He wrapped her head in tape, tied her up with barbed wire, and put a tarp over her, and she was there for hours until a man found her and called 911.
