SYRACUSE, NY - For the third time this week, the Syracuse Orange men's basketball team has postponed an upcoming game due to COVID-19 precautions.
Syracuse University Athletics announced Wednesday afternoon that the scheduled January 2nd game at North Carolina has been postponed. This follows previous postponements of their December 22 game vs. Notre Dame and December 30 at Wake Forest.
The men's basketball program is on pause after members of the Buffalo Bulls tested positive earlier this week. The Orange defeated UB in overtime on Saturday at the Carrier Dome.
Syracuse's next scheduled game, barring any additional postponements, would be at home vs. Florida State on January 6.
