SYRACUSE, N.Y. -- The Wall Street Journal reports Destiny USA, in Syracuse -- can't pay its bills.
The article is about malls struggling across the country.
Destiny's mortgage was recently taken over by a company that deals with defaults and renegotiations of loans. And between two mortgages, there is $430 million worth of debt.
The Wall Street Journal expects "Pyramid Management Group" to default when the mortgage payment is due in June.
Pyramid also owns Sangertown Square Mall.
