The gap between 22nd district Congressman Anthony Brindisi and Republican challenger Claudia Tenney is down to just 201 votes.
Tenney is still leading with 154,634 total votes, to Brindisi’s 154,433.
Some ballots in this race are in question, and a New York State Supreme Court judge in Oswego County will review them on Monday, Nov. 23. He will then review affidavit ballots on Tuesday.
The judge's decision, and the remaining few ballots left to count by hand, could swing the race either way.
