Orwell, N.Y. - State Police are asking residents across Upstate New York to be on the lookout for a missing woman from the Oswego County town of Orwell.

Police say 20-year-old Arizona Bartlett from Orwell, which is in Oswego County just north of Redfield not far from the Oneida County border, was last seen around 2:00 in the afternoon on the 4th of July.

Arizona Bartlett is 5 foot 5 inches tall, 140 lbs., with brown hair and brown eyes.

She was last seen wearing gray striped shorts, heart shaped sunglasses, and burgundy nike hightop sneakers.

Arizona's mother, Valerie Bartlett, tells News Channel 2 she and her family are in contact with State Police constantly to get updates on the search.  Valerie Bartlett says Arizona was last seen at a family party on July 4th and when she left she didn't say where she was heading.  Valerie says Arizona was seeing a guy from Mattydale in the Syracuse area and she says he does not know where Arizona is either.

If you have any information or have seen Arizona Bartlett from Orwell, you are asked to call State Police Troop D Headquarters in Oneida at (315) 366-6000.
