UTICA, N.Y. -- Playoff time in Utica has arrived. Utica City FC hosts the Baltimore Blast in game two of the first round series at the Adirondack Bank Center.

It's the calm before the storm at the Adirondack Bank Center – as for the very first time – UCFC will take to the blue turf for postseason action.

The team is feeling pretty good heading in, and they have the advantage after winning game one 12-9 down in Baltimore on Saturday.

It's a position this team has never been in before though – with the chance to eliminate the blast after years of watching the three-time defending champion dominate the last few years.

UCFC players and coaches are excited for the opportunity, but trying not to get too far ahead of themselves as they still say they haven't accomplished anything just yet, and need that next win to truly exhale momentarily.

In its first season in Utica – the team has brought a lot of excitement and buzz along with its success. They averaged the third highest attendance rate in the league during the regular season with an average of 3,414 fans coming through the gates.

After seeing the support they got in Utica with fans packing 72 Tavern to watch game one when they were on the road – they're expecting this place to be rocking.
