UTICA, N.Y. -- The Pioneer Hall of Fame was established in 2008 to celebrate the dedicated student-athletes, coaches, and administrators whose achievements express the values of the school.
Four more plaques were added to the wall on Thursday.

The 2005-06 men's basketball team, Shelby Barbay, Mick Krajacic, and former president Dr. Todd S. Hutton, were inducted into the Pioneer Hall of Fame.
The men's basketball team finished with a program-best 23-7 overall record and earned the program's first ever trip to the NCAA Tournament.
Barbay is considered the top women's lacrosse goalie in UC history, while Mick was a four year lockdown defender while on the men's lax team.
Under his presidency, Dr. Hutton has seen the athletic department grow, including the construction of the dome.
"You know, it's really humbling," said Hutton. "I was an okay athlete in high school, I played rugby in college which means I was a mad man but it's great to see. Tonight is about the seniors really. I'm honored that I could be part of their celebration. You look out at all these young men and women out here and all their achievements. I feel blessed."
NEWSChannel 2's Jason Powles emceed the event for the 11th consecutive year.
After the induction ceremony, all the senior student-athletes were recognized for their contributions as a Pioneer.
