UTICA, N.Y. – The Utica Comets won’t play for at least another week, after canceling three more upcoming games through April 5.
The team has been following COVID-19 protocols after someone in the program tested positive earlier this month.
The home games scheduled for March 31 against the Syracuse Crunch and April 3 against the Providence Bruins have been postponed. A make-up games against Syracuse was scheduled for April 5, but has also been put off for a second time.
It’s not clear if and when the last 10 postponed games will be rescheduled.
