UTICA, N.Y. – A 64-year-old Utica man is accused of stabbing his brother during a domestic dispute Tuesday evening.
Police were called to the 1400 block of Miller Street just before 11 p.m., where they found a man who had been stabbed in the back.
The victim's brother, Trevor McDonald, was arrested and charged with second-degree assault and criminal possession of a weapon.
The victim was taken to St. Elizabeth Medical Center for emergency treatment. Police say he did not suffer life-threatening injuries, and is in stable condition.
