Police say that following an investigation into trademark counterfeiting in the city of Utica, they seized approximately $4,000 worth of counterfeit apparel, including North Face jackets, Nike sneakers and name-brand purses.

Police also seized a small amount of cash and a 2016 Dodge Caravan they say was used to transport and sell the merchandise.
Ross was issued an appearance ticket and he’s scheduled to appear in Utica City Court on April 4.

Police say the investigation is ongoing and additional charges in Oneida County are anticipated.
