UTICA, N.Y. - A Utica man is accused of sexually abusing a child.
Marcus Paul Cossette, 28, of Utica is charged with criminal sexual act. Authorities said Cossette sexually abused a 7-year old girl earlier this month in Utica. Police said additional charges are likely.
The child is was offered counseling through the child advocacy center.
