YORKVILLE, N.Y. – A Utica man was arrested Saturday after police found a loaded gun in his car while he was arguing with employees at a McDonald’s drive-thru.
Officers were called to the McDonald’s on Oriskany Boulevard where 36-year-old Carlos DeJesus was reportedly in a dispute with the restaurant employees.
During the investigation, officers found a loaded 9mm handgun inside DeJesus’ vehicle.
