UTICA – A Utica man is facing a list of drug charges after a search of an apartment on Park Avenue lead to the discovery of heroin and cocaine, according to the Utica Police Department.
On Monday, Feb. 26, Utica police executed a search warrant at 1151 Park Ave. Apt. #5 in Utica as part of an investigation into the possession and sale of illegal narcotics. Police say a quantity of heroin, cocaine and money were seized during the search.
Orenzo Harrell, 51, of Utica, is charged with the following:
- Three counts of third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance (Felony)
- Fourth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance (Felony)
- Two counts of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance (Misdemeanor)
- Two counts of second-degree criminal use of drug paraphernalia (Misdemeanor)
