UTICA, N.Y. -- The Utica Police Department is asking for public assistance in identifying a group of people who are believed to have vandalized the Parkway Recreation Center.
Security images from the area show that some of the suspects were on bikes. Others were seen carrying large objects in their hands.
According to Utica Police, the facility sustained significant damage over a span of several days. There were what appeared to be bullet holds in the windows, and graffiti on various surfaces.
A Facebook post by Utica Police says they are working diligently to identify those responsible.
If you have information on who any of these individuals are, call Inv. Seferagic at 315-223-3510.
Police say they cannot allow these people to damage a "central point of our city".
