CAMDEN, N.Y. -- The Oneida County Sheriff's Office is investigating a van that caught fire early Wednesday morning.
Officials with the Camden Fire Department call it suspicious, reporting there was no one inside.
It happened before 3 a.m. Wednesday in a parking lot behind 50 Main St. in Camden.
The fire was fully involved at one point, but was extinguished shortly after the initial call.
While on scene, deputies say a woman told them she was the person who parked the van. The woman claims she borrowed the van from a friend, saying it ran well for her. She told deputies she did not know how the fire started.
The van was taken to the sheriff's office impound lot for further investigation.
