UTICA, N.Y. -- A water main break in the area of Genesee and Bleecker Streets in Utica is impacting area traffic. It happened around 2:30 a.m. Thursday.
NEWSChannel 2 camera crews say it broke in the area of the Resource Center for Independent Living (RCIL) offices.
Several Utica Police cars were blocking off traffic.
