Teen found safe in Herkimer after reported disappearance

The teen who reportedly went missing Sunday afternoon from Whitestown, has been found safe.

UTICA, N.Y. -- The teen who reportedly went missing Sunday afternoon from Whitestown, has been found safe. 

Whitestown police say Shelby Lynn Fellone, 16, was found during the overnight hours Monday, Dec. 10 at a friend's home in Herkimer. At the time of her reported disappearance, Fellone was believed to be in the Utica, Frankfort, or Ilion area. 

As of Tuesday morning, Fellone has been found safe and is reported to be back home.

UTICA, N.Y. -- Whitestown Police are asking for your help in finding a missing teen.

16 year-old Shelby Fellone is believed to be in danger. She was last seen on Champlain Ave. in Utica around 2 p.m. on Sunday, December 8th wearing a black sweatshirt, jeans, tan boots and has her nose and lip pierced. She is believed to be in the Utica/Frankfort/Ilion area.
