CLINTON, NY – Local wrestling fans were treated to some high-flying, heart-pounding action Saturday.
New York Championship Wrestling took over the Clinton Arena for a “Rumble at the Rink”.
The family-friendly event featured numerous matches, including the first-ever NYCW 30 man rumble.
New York Championship Wrestling is the Mohawk Valley’s first professional wrestling organization.
Each month they lend their support to a different charity.
This month it’s Hospice and Palliative Care.
“We’re trying to get the word out about Hospice and break some of the myths”, said Sabrina Wing, a social worker for Hospice.
“I don’t think everyone understands what Hospice offers. We really do a lot more than anyone realizes.
