UPDATE - New York State Police confirm one person was killed in a two-car crash in Marcy, Tuesday evening.

In a news release, police said their investigation revealed a 2018 Subaru Legacy, driven by Shirley D. Stomierowski, 72, was traveling southbound on Mohawk Street when she crossed over into the northbound lane and sideswiping a 2016 Toyota Camry, driven by Marjorie Brower, 84.  State police said Stomierowski’s vehicle then continued off the east side of the roadway.
