of 2 to 5 inches and ice accumulations of a light glaze

* WHERE...In Pennsylvania, Bradford, Susquehanna and Northern
Wayne Counties. In New York, Yates, Seneca, Southern Cayuga,
Onondaga, Steuben, Schuyler, Chemung, Tompkins, Madison,
Cortland, Chenango, Tioga and Broome Counties.
* WHEN...Until 2 PM Monday. Steady snow will continue into the
overnight hours. Patchy freezing drizzle and sleet could mix
with the snow for a time tonight and early Monday morning,
especially along and south of the Interstate 86 corridor.
