* WHAT...Mixed precipitation expected. Total snow accumulations of 1 to 2 inches and ice accumulations of around one tenth of an inch expected.

* WHERE...Northern Herkimer, Hamilton, Northern Warren and Northern Washington Counties.

* WHEN...From 10 AM Monday to 10 AM EST Tuesday.
