* WHAT...West winds 15 to 25 mph with gusts up to 50 mph.

* WHERE...In Pennsylvania, Bradford, Susquehanna and Northern Wayne counties. In New York, Sullivan, Broome, Delaware, Otsego, Chenango, Tioga and Chemung counties.

* WHEN...Until 1 AM EST Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds could blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.

* WHERE...The Capital District, Helderbergs, eastern Catskills, Schoharie Valley, Mohawk Valley, southern Adirondacks, Lake George Saratoga Region, and Taconics in east central New York, Bennington and western Windham Counties in southern Vermont, and western Massachusetts.

* WHEN...Until 1 AM EST Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds could blow around unsecured objects such as holiday decorations. Tree limbs could be blown down and some power outages may result.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The strongest winds will likely occur along a cold front between 4 pm and 8 pm as winds shift from southerly to westerly.

* WHAT...Lake effect snow expected. Total snow accumulations of 4 to 8 inches in the most persistent lake snows. Winds gusting as high as 50 mph tonight, with areas of blowing snow.

* WHERE...The Eastern Lake Ontario Region. Greatest amounts across higher terrain such as the Tug Hill Plateau.

* WHEN...From 8 PM this evening to 4 PM EST Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...Travel could be difficult. The hazardous conditions could impact the morning commute. Gusty winds could bring down tree branches.
